Yes. For orange peel, knockdown and other textured painted walls, we recommend our Textured Wall Vinyl. It has stronger adhesive and a smooth matte finish for harder-to-stick surfaces.

Wait at least 3 to 4 weeks after painting before applying wall decals. Paint needs time to fully cure before adhesive is applied.

Applying decals too soon can affect adhesion and may damage uncured paint during removal.

Make sure the wall is clean, dry and free of dust, grease or residue. Allow freshly painted walls to cure for 3 to 4 weeks before installation.

To significantly improve wall-film adhesion, clean the wall with 70% isopropyl alcohol using a clean, lint-free cloth. Test first in an inconspicuous area to make sure the paint finish is not affected, then allow the wall to dry completely before installation.

For best results, follow the application instructions for the material you selected.

When applied to properly cured, sound painted walls and removed slowly using gentle heat, our wall decals are designed to remove cleanly.

Wall condition, paint quality, paint age and surface preparation can affect removal, so we always recommend testing a sample if you are concerned about a specific wall.

Our Standard Wall Vinyl is repositionable during installation, so you can lift and reapply it as many times as needed.

Our Textured Wall Vinyl uses stronger adhesive and is intended for a one-time installation.

Wall decals are easiest to remove slowly with a little heat.

1. Warm the decal.

Use a hair dryer on low heat and hold it a few inches from one edge of the decal. Warm the area for several seconds to help soften the adhesive.

2. Lift one corner.

Gently lift an edge with your fingernail or a plastic scraper. Avoid using sharp metal tools that could damage the wall.

3. Peel slowly.

Pull the decal back at a low angle while continuing to warm the next section with the hair dryer. Do not pull straight out from the wall.

4. Continue in small sections.

Work gradually across the decal, warming and peeling as you go. Larger decals can be removed in smaller sections if that makes the process easier.

Taking your time and using gentle heat will give you the best results.

Standard production is approximately 4 to 5 business days.

For eligible orders, 2-Day Priority Production is available for an additional $25.

Shipping time is separate from production time.

After you complete checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Our standard production time is 4–5 business days before shipping. If you selected 2-Day Priority Production, your order will be moved through production within 2 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

Shipping time is separate from production time. If you selected UPS 2nd Day or Overnight shipping, that shipping speed begins once your order has finished production and leaves our studio.

Custom colors, custom sizes and other personalized orders are made specifically for you and are not returnable. Installed decals are also not returnable.

If your decal is damaged during shipping, contact us with your order information and photos of the damaged area, and we’ll resend the damaged decal.

Our Application Guarantee has you covered. If a decal piece is damaged during installation, contact us and we’ll resend the replacement piece free of charge.
